Mini Record Series belt fasteners

• The Mini-Record series is plated steel or anti-magnetic stainless steel fasteners to meet the exacting standards of the food industries.

• It has a smooth, low profile making it quick and easy to install in most light or medium duty conveyor belts.

• A continuous bottom plate ensures proper alignment of the joint and easy introduction of the connecting pin.

• The staples are constructed from anti-magnetic stainless steel staples.

• The connecting pins are flexible stainless steel polymer-covered, available in coils, by the meter. 

Packaging

• Each box contains 4 complete splices with connecting pins and retaining washers. 

• Lengths for standard belt width: 300mm (12") 450mm (18") 600mm (24") 750mm (30") 900mm (36") 1050mm (42") 1200mm (48") & 1500mm (60")

• Other lengths available upon request 

Installation

• The Mini-Record Fastener is installed with a specialized hand operated tool (MR Fix)

• This Compact and lightweight application tool, made of steel and aluminium, allows the splicing of all 3 sizes of fasteners. The tool holds the belt and fasteners while the staples are driven through the belt with a Punch and Hammer. 

• Open ended, it allows continuous lacing of wider belts. 

• Standard length: 100mm (4"), 200mm (8"), & 300mm (12")
