Automotive Raw Edge Belts(REC)
Properties
- Temperature: -40℃ ~85℃ for CR -40℃ ~120℃ for EPDM
- Specially treated, high strength cords maintain tension and resist shock load failure.
- Precision machined rubber edges maintain positive no -slip contact with pulley grooves for increased power delivery.
- Fibre-reinforced helical cogs offer greater flexibility which reduces cracking and fatigue in the cushion section, minimizing heat build up and extending belt life.
- 60000~80000kms can be guaranteed for CR， 80000~100000kms can be guaranteed for EPDM.
